Lactation & feeding consultations are meant to give you the knowledge and support you need to achieve your feeding goals in the healthiest way possible for you and your baby.
Our certified Integrative Lactation and Feeding Specialist, Nikita, takes a whole person, whole family approach to assisting new parents with learning to feed their newborns.
Feeding can cause stress on both parent(s) and baby, which is perfectly common. Our lactation specialist will work with you to tailor a feeding plan that helps your family discover and overcome your unique challenges and needs.​
Lactation Support

90 minute in-person or virtual session and follow-up support - $165 + HST

Daily check in calls/communication throughout the first week and continued follow-up support as needed is included in the above fee.​​​

Integrative feeding support aims to give you the knowledge necessary to begin, expand, and end a feeding relationship including nursing, pumping, supplementing, solids, and weaning.
With current recommendations in mind about exclusive nursing, our lactation specialist also recognizes that the health and adjustment of the person doing the feeding is not included in the current recommendations.

Flange Fittings
​​Our Integrative Lactation and Feeding Specialist also provides in-home flange fittings - $55 + HST
