Founder, Birth & Postpartum Doula, Yoga Teacher
Elyse Waugh (she/they)
I have been supporting families through their Birth & Postpartum journey for over 4 years now and it is a privilege to be a part of someone’s family in this way! I feel most at home when I am teaching, guiding and holding space for the people around me.
In my work as a Doula I gently guide the birthing person and their support team, amplifying the birthing person’s voice and ensuring they feel supported. Knowledge is power- it is important to me that you feel informed when making decisions for your baby and family. My care will always be intersectional, affirming and rooted in reproductive justice for all bodies and all birth outcomes. I have experience working with unmedicated/medicated births, hospital/home births, high risk pregnancies, IVF/IUI pregnancies, pregnancy after loss and planned caesarean sections.
I am thrilled to continue developing my practice as a birth worker while I work towards a Bachelor of Health Sciences in Midwifery at TMU.
In my spare time I love to be outside and move my body! I love the mountains, I love to travel and I love creating and building community.

Birth & Postpartum Doula, Lactation Specialist
Ciera Graham (she/her)
I have been a Birth and Postpartum Doula since 2013, supporting families across the GTA and surrounding areas. As a mother to a 7-year-old daughter, I understand the importance of compassionate, individualized care and I tailor my support to meet each family’s unique needs. While I specialize in birth work, I also offer lactation and breastfeeding support and find great fulfillment in helping parents get a confident start on their new journey into parenthood.

Caleigh Adams (she/her)
I've been with Art of Tula behind the scenes since early 2022 and being part of this growing practice is nothing short of inspiring. Outside of administration and communications I am a trained actor, venue manager, event promoter and a bartender. My work with this collective is the meeting of my creativity and love for working in community.

Birth & Postpartum Doula, Integrative Lactation & Feeding Specialist
Nikita Ray (she/her)
Hi! I’m Nikita, and for the past 7 years, I have supported over 100 families as a full-spectrum birth worker. My goal is to provide a calming presence and a nurturing approach throughout our time together. I offer a variety of services to support families on their reproductive journeys, including prenatal planning sessions, labour and birth support, postpartum care, and lactation support.
I believe that empowering families through education is essential. It’s so important to build a relationship based on trust and safety before we start this journey together.
My approach to birth and postpartum care is grounded in education and justice. I strive to provide my clients with reliable knowledge, so they can make informed choices about their care and maintain autonomy throughout their experience.
I use an approach that is both evidence-based and sensitive to trauma. This means I rely on the latest research while also being mindful of the emotional and psychological experiences that my clients may have. My goal is to be compassionate and respectful, and I customize my support to meet the physical and emotional needs of the birthing parent and their family.

Birth & Postpartum Doula, Yoga Teacher
Emma Siuciak (she/they)
I’m a newly trained Birth Doula with over four years of experience supporting families through postpartum and infant care in both hospital and home settings. Now entering my second year in the Midwifery program at Toronto Metropolitan University, I bring with me hands-on experience from working in London UK, hospital maternity units and caring for infants and children in family homes across a range of cultures and communities. I offer a calm, reassuring presence and genuinely enjoy listening and walking alongside others as they navigate their own paths and experiences.
In my role as a Doula, my priority is to help you feel grounded, seen, and connected throughout your experience. I love working as a team to create the best experience for you, and I believe that making informed choices is a fundamental right in birth— I’m here to help you navigate your options with clarity and care. My practice is shaped by the principles of reproductive justice and grounded in the belief that all bodies, all outcomes, and all stories deserve compassion and respect.
In my spare time I enjoy teaching and practicing hot yoga, making art, reading philosophy and hanging out with my nieces and nephews.
I am currently operating primarily out of the East End/Beaches area of Toronto.
