Art of Tula is committed to providing a safe, supportive and holistic space for all bodies and all families.

My teaching and care is rooted in making you feel comfortable, heard and judgement free. As a yoga teacher and birth worker I am committed to the principles and practices of anti-oppression, anti-racism, intersectional feminism and affirming LGBTQ2S communities. I also want to acknowledge the ways in which I experience privilege in all spaces and how this might affect your experience here. Feedback is a gift and is always encouraged.
